1) Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2) Who we are
Opulent Offerings LLC is based in Boulder Colorado. We sell to customers in the United States.
3) Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to buy. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4) Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order. If we cancel we will refund the full amount you paid.
Order edits or cancellations are possible only before an order moves into production or ships. After that we cannot change items or cancel.
5) Pricing, taxes, and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Sales tax is added where required by law. If we discover a pricing or availability error we may cancel and refund or contact you for next steps.
6) Payment
We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers. Chargebacks for valid deliveries may be disputed.
7) Shipping and delivery
We ship to US addresses only, including PO Boxes and APO or FPO. Processing usually takes 2 to 5 business days. After shipment, most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Carriers and weather can affect timing.
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address on file.

8) Returns and refunds
We fix problems fast. If an item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Clear photos help.
Returns for change of mind or sizing are not accepted.

9) Promotions, discounts, and gift cards
One promotion per order unless stated otherwise. Promotions do not apply to past purchases. We may change or end offers at any time. Gift cards and store credit, if offered, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
10) Product info and availability
Colors and images on the site can vary by screen. We try to keep stock accurate, but items can sell out. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will cancel and refund or offer an alternative.
11) Intellectual property
All site content is owned by Opulent Offerings LLC or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non commercial shopping only. No copying, scraping, or reverse engineering.
12) Reviews and user content
If you post a review or upload content you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, display, and share it for marketing and site features. Do not post illegal, hateful, or infringing material. We may remove content at our discretion.
13) Prohibited uses
Do not misuse the site. Examples include interfering with security, trying to access other accounts, or using bots to place orders.
14) Third party services
Links to third party sites or tools are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
15) Warranties and disclaimers
The site and all content are provided as is and as available, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the site will be error free or uninterrupted. This does not limit any manufacturer warranties that may apply by law.
16) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opulent Offerings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.
17) Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Opulent Offerings LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
18) Disputes, governing law, venue
Please contact us first. We will try to solve issues quickly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local consumer laws require otherwise.
